We were absolutely pleased with the service of AirTeam. Our whole journey started about 6 months prior to the installation. We were perfectly consulted concerning all the components. The communication was superb, always nice, responses came immediately – you cannot treat customers any better. When we brought the plane to LKKU – on a Saturday – Mr. Petr Moravčík took the whole day to discuss any detail concerning the upgrade and he noted all our wishes. We left with a feeling that they will take care of both, the plane and us as customers. Communication took place via Samepage – quick and easy. We were given a lot of photos and descriptions about the upgrade so that we were able to follow the whole process. AirTeam does an excellent job treating their customers very obliging. The photos we got from the plane were very nice and they gave us an impression about the end result, but seeing the plane finally live with all the details, it was another level of experience. The work was carried out with attention to detail, simply put: absolutely perfect.
