Bose A20 repair
Bose Authorized Service for the Bose A20 aviation headset. Check warranty by serial number, book online and we collect the headset from your door in the EU.
Warranty repairs are free of charge. Paid repairs: 340 EUR incl. VAT, shipping shown at checkout.

How it works

- Describe the fault and choose Basic, Plus or Pro.
- We arrange DPD pickup from your address in the EU mainland.
- Your headset comes back repaired: up to 30 days with Basic, 10–15 days with Plus, 48 hours with Pro.

- Basic: the repair only.
- Plus: new ear cushions and microphone windscreen, plus a 12-month repair warranty instead of 3 months.
- Pro: complete refresh, 12-month repair warranty and priority repair within 48 hours.
- EASA Form 1 / FAA 8130-3 on request; express return by DHL in the EU mainland.

We are a Bose Authorized Service. Our technicians are trained by Bose and repair A20, A30 and ProFlight headsets with original Bose parts, to Bose specification.

Is my A20 still under Bose warranty?
Enter the serial number on the order form and click Verify warranty. The form checks the warranty instantly and sets the repair to free or paid before you order.
How much does a paid A20 repair cost?
A paid Bose A20 repair is 340 EUR incl. VAT. Shipping is added at checkout.
How does shipping work?
In the EU mainland we arrange DPD pickup from your address and return delivery. For warranty repairs this is free of charge. Outside the EU mainland you send the headset to us and pay the return delivery shown at checkout.
How long does the repair take?
Standard turnaround is up to 30 days from receipt at our service centre. With the Plus package it is 10–15 days, with Pro (priority repair) 48 hours. We keep you updated by e-mail.
Can I upgrade my A20 to the A30 instead?
Yes. The order form offers the Bose A30 at shop.airteam.eu, and you can also get a repaired A20 from stock right away.
