How does shipping work?
EU DPD door-to-door (pickup + delivery): 45.45 EUR excl. VAT. Outside EU (UK, US, CH, etc.): international DPD shipping available; cost is confirmed in your order confirmation. Prices shown excl. VAT — applicable VAT rate depends on your country of registration.
Where do I enter the return address?
Your return delivery address is the shipping address you enter at checkout. Billing address can be the same (default). If it differs, uncheck “Use shipping address as billing address” and enter billing details separately.
What does the repair cost?
David Clark headset repair is a flat-rate, non-warranty repair: 193.60 EUR incl. VAT (160 EUR excl. VAT, promotional price). Shipping is separate — see How does shipping work?
What is BER (beyond economic repair)?
If we find the headset cannot be repaired within the flat-rate scope, we stop work and contact you. The flat rate does not cover extensive damage or parts beyond the standard repair.

We repair passive David Clark aviation headsets: H10-13.4, H10-30, H10-13S, H10-13H, H3312 and H3335. Select your model in the form above.
How long does repair take?
Standard turnaround is up to 30 days from receipt at our service centre. With the Plus package it is 10–15 days, with Pro (priority repair) 48 hours. We keep you updated by e-mail.
