EI CGR-30 Series
The CGR series offers advanced engine monitoring capabilities, combining multiple functions into a single, streamlined instrument. The CGR-30P showcases a main screen with tachometer, fuel flow, and a comprehensive EGT/CHT bar graph analyzer for efficient engine management, while its built-in data recording feature captures detailed flight data for up to 1500 flights, easily downloadable via USB. The CGR-30C acts as a versatile gauge replacement, capable of substituting up to 16 primary instruments, optimizing panel space. When combined in the Twin CGR-30 Combo Package, they offer a holistic, flush-mounted solution for both primary and non-primary aircraft engine metrics.

CGR-30P
The CGR-30P Premium Engine Monitor’s Main Screen displays the Tachometer and Fuel Flow in large analog arcs at the top of the instrument, providing immediate and quick reference values. The digital display provides accuracy in monitoring engine functions. The CGR Main Screen also features a complete, primary replacement EGT/CHT Bar Graph Engine Analyzer. Each cylinder is monitored by the CGR. If any EGT or CHT temperature rises above or below-programmed limits, the CGR provides an immediate alert. The EGT/CHT Bar Graph Analyzer features both Lean-of-Peak and Rich-of-Peak Modes for easy engine leaning. The CGR-30P will let you know as each cylinder peaks, at what temperature each cylinder peaks, and how far below Peak Temperature each cylinder is operating. To the right of the EGT/CHT Bar Graph Analyzer, the CGR-30P displays Fuel Remaining, Volts, and OAT.
Easily replace several of your aircraft's primary and non-primary engine instruments with one EI CGR. For example, simply replace your existing tach with a CGR. In addition to replacing our tachometer, the STC'd CGR will replace MANY of your existing primary and non-primary instruments in the same instrument, in the one 3-1/8h hole. The CGR mounts flush with your panel and doesn't protrude from your panel (as competitor's gauges do).

Data Recording
- Records all functions, every flight, up to 3 times per second
- See potential issues before they become major problems
- Quickly download data with a USB flash drive
This screen, on the CGR-30P Premium Engine Monitor, allows you to download Flight Data to a USB flash drive and set the Data Sample Rate. The Data Sample Rate is the time interval between recorded data. The CGR-30P can record up to 1500 flights before it records over the oldest flight first. The USB port may be found mounted in the instrument panel or hanging under it. Flight Data is recorded and downloaded in a comma delimited format. This allows the file to be ported directly into Excel.
CGR-30C
The CGR-30C can be installed as a stand-alone cluster gauge replacement instrument,or can be installed as a companion instrument to an existing CGR-30P installation for the ultimate in engine and systems management.
The CGR-30C can replace up to 16 Primary Instruments, which means you can remove an ENTIRE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER with a single 3-1/8” instrument. This means Oil Temperature/Pressure, Fuel Pressure, even Fuel Level instruments can now be removed to give you the peace of mind that only comes from flying behind the world’s most technologically advanced engine and systems monitoring equipment.
